ASTHMA COUGH Asthma is a disease that affect breathing it's a disease of the chest that affect respiration. When a person is infected, the breathing pipe inside the chest contracts and thereby causing pain and discomfort breathing. It also makes the sufferer to fight for breath.

5. Get the seeds of mango, break it and get out the white nut, slice it and dry it in the sun, then grind to form powder, mix it with pure honey.
